Is Appraisio UAD 3.6 compliant?+
Yes — completely. Every field maps to a real UAD 3.6 unique ID, every container is wired to the spec, and every enumeration is loaded from the source-of-truth sections.json. There are 1,600+ fields wired, with no lossy mappings.
Can I import existing appraisals?+
Yes. Appraisio supports round-trip MISMO XML import on day one, so you can load reports from other software, edit them, and export them back without data loss.
How does AI fill actually work?+
AI fill uses section-aware tool calling — not a generic chat shim. Each section has its own schema and applier, and the model is constrained to only emit valid field values. You stay the appraiser: every field waits for your sign-off.
What about data privacy?+
Your data stays yours. We don't train on customer reports, we don't share data with third parties, and you can export everything at any time. SOC 2 in progress.
Can I export to PDF and MISMO XML?+
Yes — both are first-class outputs from the same source data. The PDF renders to the Fannie Mae Appendix E style guide, picas and all. The XML is fully MISMO 3.6 compliant and has been tested against Fannie Mae's UCDP submission portal.
